Mr. Andrew Russell
Andrew Russell is a peacebuilding and organizational change expert with over 30 years at the UN and global institutions. He brings deep expertise in post-conflict recovery, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and UN reform. A Columbia graduate, he teaches leadership and peacebuilding at UNITAR and Queen’s University, driving transformative development solutions worldwide.

Ms. Nilanka Wijayanayake
Nilanka Wijayanayake is a development consultant with expertise in circular economy, youth empowerment, and policy reform. Formerly USAID’s Clean Cities Blue Ocean Country Director to Sri Lanka and Maldives and Program Director at World Vision Lanka, she has been involved in EPR initiatives in Sri Lanka. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Development Studies and Management.

Ms. Marijana Mitrovic
Marijana brings over 15 years of experience in international fundraising and youth development, including her work with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. With deep expertise in strategic partnerships and global advocacy, she strengthens outreach and drives sustainable initiatives that empower young leaders and promote social impact.

Mr. Rayhan Malik
Rayhan Malik is a dynamic young consultant specializing in digital transformation, communications, and industrial development. Currently with UNIDO and SLMUN, he brings experience in youth leadership, partnerships, and project management. His background in business design and national-level engagement strengthens his commitment to innovation and impactful youth development.

Mr. Janith Perera
Janith has been with IYAP since 2016, leading impactful training programs in youth leadership and peacebuilding. With expertise in International Relations and Conflict Resolution, he is pursuing doctoral research at the University of Leeds on youth engagement in peacebuilding, contributing insights that empower young leaders to drive sustainable social change.

Mr. Senthilnathan Dharmalingam
Senthilnathan, a Political Science graduate from the University of Peradeniya, is a community development and youth engagement specialist. As a Research Officer at Sri Lanka’s National HRD Council, he brings expertise in peacebuilding, human rights, and public policy—advancing education, multicultural understanding, and inclusive governance for sustainable community impact.
