Welcome to the Empower Leadership and Advocacy Program, an innovative initiative in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Model United Nations (SLMUN). Our mission is to equip young leaders with essential social and leadership skills, empowering them to drive positive change within their communities.
This transformative 5-month journey includes 15 dynamic sessions, engaging 30 leaders from 22 schools across the island.

We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. Our strict Child Protection Policy ensures that all trainers, volunteers, and staff are committed to safeguarding children from harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and violence. Consent forms are required for participants under 18, ensuring privacy and safety during group activities and photo sessions.
