The program is open to young women and their allies from South Asia (Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh) who are passionate about gender equality and eager to develop their leadership skills.

The program is conducted online through MS Teams, with 2-hour sessions held every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (local time) for 10 weeks.

No, the program is free of charge for all selected participants, supported by our strategic partners.

Yes, participants who attend at least 80% of the sessions and complete 80% of the post-session activities will receive a Certificate in Gendered Leadership and Inclusivity.
